Community Memberships
Memberships to the Miivvandi Community are non-refundable.
By purchasing a membership, you receive immediate access to a digital community experience that includes live conversations, community engagement, and shared resources. Because access begins immediately, membership fees are non-refundable.
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, and your membership benefits will remain active through the end of your current billing period.
Physical Products
Returns or exchanges for physical products may be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- Returned in their original packaging whenever possible
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Future Digital Products
As Miivvandi expands its offerings to include digital resources, courses, and downloadable products, specific refund terms will be provided at the time of purchase.
