Once an order has been shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery.

Miivvandi LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when possible.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
