Welcome to Miivvandi and its subsidiaries, including Say Yes 2 Wellness and Ivvandi Brand. By accessing or using our services and website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Membership Commitment & Payment Policy

  • Memberships require a minimum commitment of [3] months to ensure consistency and results. Early cancellations are subject to a non-refundable cancellation fee.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable but may be credited toward other eligible services at our discretion.

  • All payments must be made in advance and are automatically billed on a recurring basis unless canceled per our cancellation policy.

2. Service Scope & Customization Clause

  • Our services include life and health coaching, advocacy support, and meal planning guidance. Additional customization beyond standard offerings requires an initial consultation and an additional fee.

  • Requests for services outside our primary scope (such as parental guidance or specialized coaching) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may require a separate service agreement.

  • Say Yes 2 Wellness does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. Clients are encouraged to consult with appropriate professionals for such needs.

3. Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

  • All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online system.

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a session forfeiture.

  • Missed sessions or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable and will not be credited toward future services.

  • For customized service plans, cancellations require at least 7 days' notice for partial refunds or credits.

4. Code of Conduct & Membership Termination

  • Our community thrives on mutual respect and shared goals. We reserve the right to terminate memberships if a client exhibits behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or misaligned with the values of Miivvandi and associated brands".

  • In the event of termination due to misconduct, no refunds will be issued.

5. Travel & On-Demand Services

  • In-person services are available based on need and require advance booking.

  • Clients requesting on-location services outside of Maryland must cover all travel expenses, including accommodations if necessary.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

  • Miivvandi and its subsidiaries provide coaching, wellness services, and guidance but do not guarantee specific results. Your success depends on your commitment and effort.

  • We are not responsible for any personal, physical, or financial outcomes related to the services provided.

  • By participating in our programs, you acknowledge and accept any risks associated with wellness, coaching, and advocacy services.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • We respect your privacy. Any personal information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential.

  • We may use aggregated, non-identifiable client data for program improvements and testimonials with your consent.

8. Updates to Terms & Conditions

  • Miivvandi and its subsidiaries reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email.
