All our educational and informational programs, services, and blog content are intended to support your personal growth and well-being. However, we do not and cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Our content is for informational purposes only. Your results depend on your own efforts, actions, and choices. Testimonials shared are examples of individual experiences and are not guarantees of results.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not fully satisfied with any of our products or services, you may contact us at care@miivvandi.com or sonja@sayyes2wellness.com. Please note: all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless otherwise specified in writing for a specific product or service.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Access will be provided upon successful payment. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout to receive your access details. We are not responsible for issues related to incorrect contact information or user error.

Shipping

We aim to process and ship all physical product orders within 1 to 2 business days, or 48 hours. Shipping times may vary depending on location, holidays, or carrier delays. Once your package is in transit, we are not responsible for shipping delays outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as best we can.

Cancellations

If you’ve purchased a subscription, coaching package, or service on a recurring basis, you may cancel future payments by emailing us at care@miivvandi.com. Cancellations apply to future payments only and do not result in a refund for past payments or services already rendered.

Payment Plans

If you select a payment plan for any product or service, you are responsible for completing all agreed-upon payments. Failure to make timely payments may result in loss of access to the product or service and does not entitle you to a refund.

If you choose to work with a third-party financing provider — even one we’ve recommended — you agree to perform your own due diligence. We are not affiliated with lenders and do not provide financial advice.

Chargebacks

By purchasing from us, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve any concerns. Initiating a chargeback without attempting to resolve the matter with us is considered a breach of these terms and may result in legal action or termination of access to our products and services.

We may occasionally promote or share products and services from trusted affiliates. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or performance of any third-party service or product. Any purchase you make through an affiliate link is subject to that company’s terms and conditions.

Name & Likeness Permission

By attending a live or virtual event hosted by us, you grant us permission to record, photograph, and use your name, likeness, voice, and image in any format or medium, now or in the future, for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes. You waive any right to compensation or approval.

We are not liable for delays or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, internet outages, government restrictions, or any event classified as a force majeure.It all begins with an idea.
